GM Wesley So

Timhortonsknight's blog (listed below in links) will have more info on this and more info on new GM Wesley So, who became the 7th youngest GM in history and the youngest at the moment. He has a FIDE ELO of 2540, highest ranked in the Philippines, just above legend GM Eugene Torre. (I thought it was Eugenio?) But I had to post this news as well, as I saw it on my chess news ticker. (Even though Timhortonknight called me Jaywalker, I will let him slide and not call him TimhortonHearsaWho. :P But for more news on the career of GM Wesley So, check out his site. Remembered the z's this time! I guess this is old news..ticker must have just picked it up..but for more info, really do check timhortonsknight's blog, link above. He's a big Wesley So fan. Even though we don't agree on Nakamura's temperament, we do love the sport of chess. I don't know why he doesn't get other GM's to chat, I do... Personally, I just think Naka likes the attention. But again, just opinion...you know what they say about that!
