Dresden 2008 Chess Olympiad Round 9 notes

Round 9 of the 2008 Chess Olympiad finished yesterday in Dresden with some changes in the leaders. Also, I will update the top ten performance ratings in the open section after round 9. There are two rounds to go in this massive chess event, then hopefully more players will be back to ICC to play some blitz to take the edge off! :)
