Here are round 8 results from today's games in Barcelona. Also will post a draw vs TransWarp by GM Igor Smirnov, it seems rather odd that he can play 2 games and get a draw or just one game and draw. When analyzing the A00 Saragossa opening he had been using and tried as white today, before I made changes to the book, the lines Deep Rybka 3 recommended seemed to be followed a lot, not just the beginning...but far into the game, and this was with analysis longer than the time limit of the game itself. Now, I will check his draw right after the loss w/white in the A00 Saragossa he would always use, with the black pieces...wonder how much is similiar to Rybka's recommendations, I don't know...muisback (GM Rauf Mamedov) played 5 games today with no luck, yet Charodej seems to have very good luck, despite their ICC blitz ratings being nearly identical. GM Mamedov is near the top 100 Fide, while GM Smirnov is 2504, but blitz it a whole different monster.
