In the big upcoming Corus 2009 Tournament, broken into 3 major parts at the top, Group A, announced previously in a post, was finalized with the addition of the names of those who will be competing in Group B and Group C. There also is an open tournament for those not picked for the top 3 groups. It's a major tournament I look forward to seeing each year, well, at least watching some of the live relays on ICC of my favorite players. This tournament takes place next month, and then followed by the Candidate Match for the challenger for the World Title against Champion, GM Viswanathan Anand, (GM Veselin Topalov vs GM Gata Kamsky) after much haggling over place and money.
But back to the subject, here are the invited participants of Group B, no guarantee this will be everyone who plays, there might be a drop out or such.
