The second round of Kamsky-Topalov challenger's match is still ongoing, but also still with the notice about PlayChess' possible infraction of internet broadcast rights...we still have to see how this will end...here's the quote on the official site "Currently the broadcast rights are being violated by ChessBase on its software PlayChess." Update: This was posted on the official website of the Match as an explanation to the above message. I guess this will be resolved in Lausanne, Switzerland.

rights, graphic, media, SMS rights, all kind of transmission through cellular
phones, all sort of electronics broadcast rights aheady existing or to exist , souvenir rights,
merchandising rights, advertising and promotion rights, as well as all the source of income through
this agreements.
The Organizer will print and distribute tickets, VIP passes and working passes needed to enter the
Venue."
Will be interesting to see if Chessbase continues to broadcast the game live on it's chess server Playchess.
