TransWarp News and Stats and Stuff

I had a question on how long I had been using Deep Rybka 3.0, I use the "Human" version at all times, at least so far. I had also broken all the games into 3 databases, two of which are on my website available for download and one which I am still using until I get about 800 games on it. It has about 550 at the moment. I decided to merge what I had so far on my Fritz 9 program and then hit the CrossTable option. This gave me a list of all who had played TransWarp, even bullet and standard along with blitz. I hope this lines up though! You will see who has played TransWarp the most, their records, the scores are combined, even though you may see Rahmaninov with 17.5, he might just have that score in draws, although I do think he has one win vs TransWarp with Deep Rybka 3.0, I know Goldmund has maybe 2, there are 3 confirmed checkmates of TransWarp so far, I know this. All other losses were on time, one of which was a lockup in the opening vs Goldmund, who of course tried to play again, but JimmyS(C) had already NoRated TransWarp, so a thanks of course to JimmyS(C)! Before this bot was put online to monitor the Computer accounts, you would be surprised at the computer operators waking up to find that their account had lost a hundred+ points before a kind player would notify an Admin, who would then norate the computer account. However, there were also many players who would abort the game when it saw the account in trouble. So JimmyS(C) is a handy bot to have around. All the names are ICC Handles, some are anonymous, some might be adjourned and restarted later, so I cannot account for the perfection of this table. I had to turn on noescape at one point because of adjourn and evaluation sessions by players. Some were innocent adjourns because of phone calls, someone at the door, etc. I would hope the latter was the case in all of them :) Ah, okay, it seems it sorted out the aborts and adjourns. Cool. At the end, I will post the losses of TransWarp in blitz. I really count the checkmates as legit losses, because the machine and program was beat, just not beat by a fast mouse + smartmove. The CheckMate Club Members are: Dlugy (1), Rahmaninov (1), Akademik (1) and latest, muisback (1)!

RE: FTC Blogger Compensation Endorsement Rule Dec 01, 2009

While TransWarp Chess does get compensation for banner ads from Google Adsense, Google Affiliate Program, Commission Junction Affiliate Program and Allposters.com. TransWarp Chess does try not to personally Endorse any specific product, while I the blogger may like the idea of certain products and services, it is up to you, the reader to decide if a product deserves to be looked at via the ads. I comment on chess and computer chess, this blog is NOT about the products that are featured in the ads. At any rate, to date TransWarp Chess' blog and the small sister blog Paranormal Questions, has in it's account $1.59 from Google Adsense, no distribution of funds until $50.00, $0.00 from Google Affiliate Program and $0.00 from CJ Affiliate Program, $5.74 in holding at Allposters.com until $25.00 is reached in commissions. All this well over a year of blogging, I guess some abuse the blogging system to the point that this rule was made, I hope this satisfies the FTC regulation, as to what I heard on the site, it sounded like if the blog itself was dedicated to a specific product/s. But best to be safe.

About Me

My photo
Not much to say, a disabled dude who blogs when he can for fun and some spare change, really that's what it's been so far, spare change! But that's life, doing this helps it go by a little less painful by keeping my mind occupied. A tumbleweed would do that at this point :P Have fun and Take Each Day as a Gift!
